The Spam Jam is Coming!
Mark your calendars and brace your palates: the annual "Waikiki Spam Jam" is returning on May 3, 2008. Hawaii residents consume more Spam per capita than any other state in the union: nearly seven million cans a year. So it makes sense that we celebrate everyone's favorite brand of "mystery meat." How? With a big party full of live music and food booths selling creative (if sometimes too creative) Spam-enhanced dishes. Video after the jump!
