After getting some tech advice from a couple of friends, I was able to encode and post online a RealVideo clip of the Channel 2 News (KHON) story on geocaching. I'm the dorky guy with the bag, attempting to climb the mountain with slippers.
I snared the video with a TV card and basic editing software from Pinnacle Systems. It's no Final Cut Pro, but for the price, I was impressed.
Now all I need is a DV camera.
